For all you fans of Ray's the Steaks (no, not owned by Ray, but Michael Landrum), his new outpost in Silver Spring is open today for business. Ray's the Classics, featuring Chef Michael Hartzer, will be the pre-eminent Modern American Grill in the DC Metro area.
