Hey, I looked up Davy Jones' Locker on Wikipedia too, although not connected to this blog entry. For the record the Korean carrots are pickled and a little spicy. They may or may not really be Korean. I'll have to check your blog out later when I need recipes. I had no idea you were so into cooking!
