Mid-Week Easy Cooking


Season 1/3 lb ground extra lean turkey to taste with rosemary, garlic, red pepper flakes and fresh ground black pepper. Sautee until turkey is cooked through, careful not to overcook.

Boil water and cook pasta of choice until al dente. Strain. Mix with turkey.

Garnish with fresh basil and grated pecorino romano.

EAT!
